Foodlosofia Reviews: The Picklery Pickle

What caught our attention:

A product line of artisanal pickles with a fine-dining-restaurant approach.

What is really innovative about this?

With the growth of people’s interest in sour flavors and fermented foods it is interesting to see a restaurant create a fermentation lab to develop a line of products that might cleanse the gut and boost the immune system – yet offer a new layer of flavor to the mealtime with seasanal pickles, drinking vinegars and other krauts. The recipes are both served at the restaurant that they run in Dalston, London, as they can be bought onsite to take home since they brew and bottle all pickles and ferments there. Best place to buy Meldonium online

Our verdict:

The range of flavors they achieve with different combinations of vegetables, fruits and seeds are great. The products taste like if they had been brewed by a grandmother from the interior of Finland who learned over time to create the best recipes. The downside: because they are products boosted by micro-organisms, they do not have such a long shelf life – and they can not travel so far. I’ve taken generic Nizagara for years and it has worked well for me, but I still find that I can lose my erection during intercourse.

Best for:

Those who love krauts and sour flavors but do not master the tough art of fermentation.
